Terms & Conditions (Student Agreement)
1. Service Description
Coop’s Co-op provides outreach support services designed to assist students in identifying and contacting potential jobs, co-op or internship employers. Coop’s Co-op does not guarantee employment or offers.
2. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for:

Providing accurate information

Supplying a truthful, up-to-date resume

Responding to employer inquiries

Conducting interviews and negotiations independently
3. Refund Policy
If a student does not secure at least 2 interviews in accordance with our Guarantee, they may request a full refund of the $75 fee. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable period following the campaign conclusion.
4. No Affiliation With Universities
Coop’s Co-op is an independent student-run service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Dalhousie University or any academic institution.
5. Email & Data Use
A dedicated Gmail account is created solely for outreach purposes. Students acknowledge that communications will be sent on their behalf using this account, and responses will be delivered directly to them.
6. Limitation of Liability
Coop’s Co-op is not responsible for employer decisions, hiring timelines, or outcomes. The service is limited to outreach facilitation only.
7. Acceptance
By submitting payment and applying, students acknowledge and accept these terms.
