Refund Policy
 
Coop’s Co-op offers a full refund if a student does not receive at least two interviews resulting directly from the Coop’s Co-op outreach campaign, unless the student secures a co-op placement or job before a second interview is necessary.
 
A campaign is considered complete after a minimum 21-day outreach period. To qualify for a refund, students must participate in good faith, including responding to employer inquiries and attending scheduled interviews.
 
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of campaign start. Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
